Oreo Delight

  The word “trifle” comes from the old French term “trufle,” and literally means something whimsical.  An English trifle is made with real egg custard poured over sponge cake soaked in fruit and sherry and topped with whipped cream. Th trifle dessert was also a way of using up leftover or stale cake. I have whipped up version of a trifle that does not have any fruit or jelly, and which simply very easy to make.
